This has been such a lifesaver! My F-I-L uses this for when he needs help up from his bed or chair. That way we can get things done around the house but be there when he needs us. The only problem is that he doesn’t always use it.

Update: An hour after posting my review, a representative from Smart Caregiver called me to let me know about the other systems they offer that don't rely on my F-I-L pressing a button. They have a monitor that will let me know when he gets up from his bed or his chair without pressing the button for help! The best part, is that they can have everything work with one pager! I am so excited to get my new system that they help custom build for our needs. Thank you so much!

My MIL is older and has issues with her legs, getting out of chairs, beds, etc. We worry that she'll fall while getting up so we got her this call button to alert us. It does what it needs to! So far it works, she knows to use it when getting up and doesn't forget about it. It's perfect for now, but I could see her forgetting to use it so we're going to get the bed pad to help alert us as well.
