I ordered this after my Mom fell and was unable to get up or get to her phone to call me for 1 hour! I was unable to hear her when I was on the otherside of the house and downstairs! Now she has one in the bathroom where she fell and can put the other one around her neck! Perfect for alerting caretakers when an elderly unstable person goes to bathroom!
