Bed Alarm with Monitor (Large Pad)
In-Room Bed Exit Alarm System With Extra Large Bed Pad
Help prevent falls before they happen with this Bed Exit Alarm System, designed to monitor when a patient begins to get out of bed without assistance. When pressure is removed from the sensor pad, the alarm monitor sounds immediately, giving caregivers time to respond quickly and safely.
How It Works:
Place the 20" x 30" pressure-sensitive bed pad beneath the fitted sheet, either under the hips for standard monitoring or under the shoulder blades for early warning. When the individual shifts weight or sits up, the system detects pressure loss and triggers the monitor. The corded connection ensures reliable, real-time alerts.
Note: the bed pad connects to the monitor with a cable and alerts inside the room. Wireless bed alarms are also available, which are silent in the patient's room.
