  • Most Smart Caregiver products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Some items may include different coverage. Please check your product packaging or contact support for details.

  • Our warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
