Bed Alarm with Monitor
Bed Exit Alarm for Elderly Fall Prevention
Help prevent falls before they happen. This bed alarm for elderly care monitors elderly and dementia patients and alerts caregivers immediately when a person begins to get out of bed. A soft, pressure-sensitive pad is discreetly placed under the fitted sheet, beneath the hips or shoulder blades, to detect movement and trigger the in-room alarm the moment weight is lifted off the pad.
Note: the bed pad connects to the monitor with a cable and alerts inside the room. Wireless bed alarms are also available, which are silent in the patient's room.
